By accessing or using Cyrux (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. License to Use

Cyrux grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our boilerplate code and templates for your own projects, subject to the following conditions:

  • You may use the code for personal or commercial projects
  • You may modify the code to suit your needs
  • You may not redistribute the code as a competing boilerplate or template product
  • You may not resell the code as-is without significant modifications

3. Intellectual Property

All code, designs, and materials provided by Cyrux remain the intellectual property of Cyrux unless otherwise specified. Third-party integrations (Convex, Stripe, etc.) are subject to their respective terms of service.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Securing your own API keys and credentials
  • Complying with third-party service terms (Stripe, Convex, etc.)
  • Ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable laws
  • Backing up your data and code

5. Limitation of Liability

Cyrux is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or financial loss.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
